The linear tracking capping machine is widely used in various products that require capping. The whole machine consists of a servo bottle clamping conveying mechanism, a reciprocating servo following capping mechanism, an electrical control system and a frame.

It adopts an in-line structure. Under the control of a multi-axis motion control driver, it drives the reciprocating servo capping mechanism to synchronously follow the bottles running continuously on the bottle conveying mechanism. During the bottle movement, the capping is completed and quickly returned to its position. After grabbing the cap, it repeats the action of following the capping, realizing flexible and effective capping operations.

It has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, wide range of packaging materials, fast product specification change, simple operation and maintenance, and is suitable for automatic capping of various types of small-mouth bottle caps in industries such as food, daily chemicals, and lubricants.
